We provide custom-made training courses for our partners, often also 'on the job'. Many hospitality training courses, but also professional training courses because there are no specific training courses for many airport-related positions. We develop these within our own training institute SST Security Safety & Training, where the trainers write a training plan, develop course materials and give the courses. The performance of the students is closely monitored and the training is completed with a certificate. Our trainers have the specific professional experience and have often done the work themselves for quite some time. Our quality controllers in the workplace closely monitor the performance of the employees and, where necessary, employees receive refresh training.
